Rain…rain and more rain in Rome? Yes!
At least our colorful and trendy hotel made up a bit for the gray weather.
Even so, when I looked out of my window, I gazed right at a wall that made me think it must be like this in the worst Moscow suburban ghetto. Felt like being back in Russia…and we were in Italy!
The next day, the rain had stopped but it remained rather gray. The weather forecast was not very encouraging either…we took some time to shoot the interviews with people who ive around the Colosseum or make their living there, like the dressed-up gladiators and Roman legionnaires, the horse-and-carriage driver and the souvenir vendor who did not like my question about what kind of a party he would throw if he could rent the Colosseum for a day and a night … Rain…rain and more rain in Rome?
